Attentional Leadership™ Assessments for Individuals

Any performance or development plan must first begin with a clear diagnostic of the “Principles@Play” that influence an individual’s current reality in relationship with its desired future state.

At the individual level (executive, manager/supervisor, individual contributor), there are several types of assessment instruments to help gather meaningful data based on the desired goal, whether that includes selection/promotion or development.

Based on the specific needs of the client, Dr. Jackson and team will custom select instruments designed to serve the client’s intended outcome.

SELECTION/PROMOTION
