A typical Organization Development process includes in-depth interviews with a strategic cross section of leaders, managers, supervisors, and individual contributors throughout a division, functional area, or business unit in order to capture the most relevant issues and dynamics of the organization function and/or level. These, along with selected self-administered survey instruments, are used to build a collective and composite current state of the organization.
