In her free time, Wendy enjoys camping, kayaking, and gardening with her family and dog.

Kevin R. Miller, founder of VisionBound International, brings over 25 years of global experience in leadership and team development. Praised by Dr. Stephen R. Covey for his character and competence, Kevin is a former Army officer whose firsthand experience shapes his teaching. Since founding VisionBound in 1995, he has worked with clients across sectors to enhance leadership and communication skills. With three M.S. degrees and a B.S. from BYU, Kevin also serves as a dynamic keynote speaker. He lives in Springville, Utah, with his wife Denise and enjoys gardening, travel, and family time with their children and grandchildren.

His career includes roles such as Compensation & Benefits Consultant for Mercer, Sales Excellence LATAM Manager for 3M, and faculty member at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB). He advises organizations worldwide on Human Capital Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, and Sales Excellence. With a multicultural background and experience in the USA, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Spain, Netherlands, and Latin America, Pablo effectively tailors his approach to diverse audiences, fostering engagement and long-term relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Labor Relations and studied for a Master of Business Economics at UCAB. Since 2011, he has lived in St. Paul, Minnesota, with his life partner Marina and their children, Martin and Bianco.

Kevin Whorton is the President of Whorton Marketing & Research, a consulting firm that has collaborated with 340 associations over the past 14 years. With 32 years of non-profit experience, he has held significant roles including Director of Research for the National Association of Home Builders, Division Director for Marketing and Research at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Vice President of Marketing and Retailer Relations for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores. Kevin has also worked as a Quality Analyst for the US DOL Bureau of Labor Statistics and served as President of Aja Marketing. As a thought leader, he has presented over 90 times at national and regional associations and contributed to key publications and white papers. Kevin holds advanced degrees in Economics from the University of Maryland and George Mason University, and has studied at the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He has also served on numerous councils and committees, and as faculty in the US Chamber IOM program and adjunct at Loyola University School of Communications.

Aaron Rittmanic, originally from Utah and Florida, is a passionate outdoors enthusiast with a love for triathlons, skiing, and travel. Currently based in Provo, Utah, he has been in Product Manager for the last three years, where he has implemented key projects generating significant revenue and savings. Aaron has a background in project development, having contributed to 13 international patents. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management. Aaron is an active member of several academic and professional societies and has received multiple awards, including being an Eagle Scout and a Certified Medical Assistant. Fluent in Spanish and skilled in various technical tools, his interests span from competitive sports to auto restoration and spearfishing.

Currently serving as a Zoom Producer for the Attention Leadership Program, Breanna brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to her role. Her military service honed her leadership skills, discipline, teamwork, and resilience, while her healthcare experience as a cardiac sonographer enhanced her attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Now, as a Zoom Producer, she effectively manages virtual events, ensuring seamless communication and engagement. Breanna’s well-rounded background and strategic mindset make her an invaluable asset to the Attention Leadership Program.

Natalie Yule is a talented and creative graphic designer. She’s worked with the Georgia Swarm combining two of her passions – graphic design and lacrosse. Natalie played lacrosse at Southern Virginia University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in graphic design. Natalie is originally from the Kansas City area and still considers it home. Natalie values spending time with her husband Calum when not working. Together, they enjoy staying active and watching or playing soccer and lacrosse.  When she heads back to Kansas City, she looks forward to spending quality time with her mom, dad, three brothers and their families.
