Dr. Bruce H. Jackson, the visionary behind ALI, developed Attentional Leadership® through years of research and study under some of the best minds in peak performance and positive psychology. Recognizing a void in conventional strategic planning, team performance, and leader development, Dr. Jackson designed the ALI 5-Alignments™ framework and accompanying methods, tools, and practices to help individuals, teams and organizations discover their WIN’s (What’s Important Now) and create a blueprint for aligning people to their organizations and organizations to their people.
