Before you can assess anything, you need a working understanding of what flow actually is and what antiflow looks and feels like. Step 2: You Assess

Using the 1080 Sweep Assessment, you examine the factors across your life and leadership that may be supporting, or quietly undermining, your ability to sustain focus and flow. This is structured and surprisingly revealing.

Step 3: You Clarify

Using the Focus Planning Tool — completed during the live session — you apply a structured process for identifying your WIN (What’s Important Now) with genuine intentionality.

Step 4: You Engage

Do I need prior experience with Attentional Leadership®?
