Our process begins by assessing your current state. Using the 1080° Sweep™ Assessment and other tools, we identify the critical success factors for both individual and team performance.

Leader & Team Development

Our programs are designed to elevate individual and collective performance using the principles of Attentional Leadership®. Our signature course, Finding Your Flow, offers open enrollment and can be delivered onsite or virtually. For teams, the Finding Team Flow workshop adapts these principles to foster collaboration and address team-specific dynamics. We also create custom-designed Attentional Leadership® Academies, working closely with clients to deliver tailored programs that transform leadership capabilities through comprehensive onsite, virtual, and experiential learning over periods ranging from three months to one year.
