Organization Assessment and Development Processes Include:
- Initial exploration of issues and dynamics with senior leadership
- Identification of stakeholders and data gathering options/combinations
- Administration of web-based and interview assessments with targeted stakeholders
- Analysis of core themes, including key strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improved organization development
- Aggregated and interpretive reporting to senior executives and stakeholders with recommendations on next steps
Beyond formal organization assessments, a more qualitative and in-depth approach to understanding your organization may be in order. Our Organization Development process includes in-depth interviews with a strategic cross-section of leaders, managers, supervisors, and individual contributors throughout a division, functional area, or business unit in order to capture the most relevant issues and dynamics of the organization. This data, along with selected survey instruments, are used to build a composite “current state” of the organization—sorted by themes and dynamics most relevant to the organization.
