Our Organization Development process includes in-depth interviews with a strategic cross-section of leaders, managers, supervisors, and individual contributors throughout a division, functional area, or business unit in order to capture the most relevant issues and dynamics of the organization. This data, along with selected survey instruments, are used to build a composite “current state” of the organization—sorted by themes and dynamics most relevant to the organization.
